ATF is currently blocked in France. Unclear, if the block is done on a DNS-level or what. Using a different DNS resolver from your ISP, a VPN or Tor should resolve the issue.

All networks for the proxies are currently down and thus ATF is unreachable.
Issue seems to be fixed, for now.
Issue has been identified as a routing issue with the proxy host's upstream provider, so waiting for that to be fixed.
